flash drive problem

Hi

  My problem is My flash drive is not working.When i connect to the computer it is showing removable disk only it is not displaying my name also.when i trying to open it is opening and also it is showing please insert your disk.what can i do?It contains so many important documents.Please anybody give me reply very urgent.
